 Modern Defense Martial Arts Center is a modern, family friendly martial arts academy that incorporates four specialized disciplines all under one roof: Our Small Circle Jujitsu is led by Sensei Larry Ruisi and is a Reality Based Martial Art that teaches modern, practical self defense to men and women with specialized children's classes ages 4-Up.

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Submission Wrestling) programs will be  forming soon.

Our Muay Thai (Thai Kick Boxing) is a sport based martial art that improves the striking aspect of sport fighting competition.

 Perfect for all skill levels and age groups, all of our programs provide students with cutting edge techniques and tactics. We also focus on building values and self esteem for life long personal growth and development.
